Is the food you are eating God-made or man-made?

fruit-tree (whose seed is in itself) making fruit after its kind, on the earth:' and it is so. And

seed is in itself) after its kind; and GOD SEETH THAT IT GOOD; and there is an
evening, and there is a morning -- day third.
Everything especially plant-based food God created was good. It is sinful man that messed food.
For a healthier lifestyle, eat a higher percentage of God-made food.
There is a difference between natural sugar and processed sugar. There is a difference between
unsaturated and saturated fat. There is difference between hybrid and GMO foods. There is a
a need to eat less ultra-processed food. There are differences in how wheat bread are labeled - do
not be tricked by marketing.
We can also benefit from following the advices given in the bible. That is, avoid eating the blood
and eat kosher food.

In short: Hybrid Seeds are nothing to fear, but you may not want to support them given that they

There are numerous verses where the bible instruct us not to drink the blood. This command is given
in the OT and NT. Below, is a few of them.
Gen 9:3-4 OOYLT
Every creeping thing that is alive, to you it is for food; as the green herb I have given to you the
whole; only flesh in its life -- its blood -- ye do not eat.
Deut 12:15-16 OOYLT
'Only, with all the desire of thy soul thou dost sacrifice, and hast eaten flesh according to the
blessing of Jehovah thy God which He hath given to thee, in all thy gates; the unclean and the clean
do eat it, as of the roe, and as of the hart. 'Only, the blood ye do not eat -- on the earth thou
dost pour it as water;

Avoid messing up food
Today, people especially Americans, are eating too much man-made food - I am guilty myself. Man
messed up foods.
Try to eat a higher percentage of God-made food. In general, it is better to cook from scratch
than eating prepared food - just do not mess the dish up with excess sugar, transfat/saturated fat,
If you buy any man-made food, read the nutrient label and the ingredient list. Avoid stuffs with
excess sugar, transfat/saturated fat, salt. And avoid products with a long list of ingredients you
can not name. Also avoid corn, soybean, and tofu, unless they are GMO-free or organic.
