BAD BIBLES
Unfortunately, most modern bibles are severely corrupt. Either they were translated from the wrong
Greek text or translated incorrectly. We are not to condemn (krino) bible translators - that is the
Lord's business. We are to discern (diakrino) which translations are erroneous. Many authors are
genuine Christians whom failed to see that the devil perverted the underlining Greek text they used
- the devil is constantly trying to corrupt God's Word - pray for those whom are still living that
they would see the deception.
There are translations that are clearly perverse. They are devil's bibles. The evil bibles, listed
below, are sinister and introduce false doctrines in the body of Christ. They are NIV, TNIV,
Douay-Rheim, World's translation, Wescott & Hort Greek manuscript, and OOB.
There are also questionable bibles. I am not claiming that these bibles were written with evil
intents, but they should be investigated if you use these bibles. They are NKJV, 21KJ, TMB, RV, ASV,
RSV, NAB, NASV, TEV, JB, and NJB. Regardless of whether they are sinister or not, they do have
numerous errors. Personally, I avoid them. There are good modern bibles - why bother to use the
questionable bibles. Why risk your soul with bibles that may be corrupt?
For your information, I do not believe in the KJV-only or TR-only (Textus Receptus) viewpoints. I
do believe that the TR manuscript is the most accurate Greek manuscript available and that there is
more to it than accuracies. God's Word must be powerful (Heb 4:12 & Rom 10:17) as well as
accurate. Finally, God's Word should be readable in today English. Many websites, listed below,
support the KJV-only viewpoint which I do not agree to. Their websites are listed below because
they do refute various modern bibles discussed.
Every translations have errors, even the Textus Receptus manuscript. Only the original Greek
manuscripts, written by the authors, are infallible. However, the Textus Receptus manuscript is the
closest manuscript we have to the original texts. Errors should be based on the assumption that the
the original Greek (which we do not have) is correct. So the best way to compute errors is by
using the Textus Receptus manuscript, not the KJV bible.
I am not concerned if other Greek text are used as long as the Greek text were written without evil
intent.
1. New International Version [NIV]
Take a look at I Cor 6:9-10. The NIV bible has
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the
sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor
thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
In specific, note that it says "homosexual offenders". Thus it refers only to those whom break the
law. Nothing is mentioned about homosexuals whom abide with the law. It really should be all
homosexuals, not just the law-breaking homosexuals.
Other translations, an incomplete list, have:
KJV abusers of themselves with mankind
WB abusers of themselves with mankind
UKJV abusers of themselves with mankind
RWB abusers of themselves with mankind
AKJV abusers of themselves with mankind
KJ2000 abusers of themselves with mankind
Yes abusers of themselves with mankind
YLT sodomites
RYLT sodomites
UTV homosexual
JB2000 homosexuals
MKVJ homosexuals
HNV homosexuals
LITV homosexuals
WEB homosexuals
Amp those who partcipate in homosexuality
In the KJV bible, the expression, abusers of themselves with mankind, comes from the Greek word,
arsenokoites. The Strong's definition (# 733) of this word is:
1. one who lies with a male as with a female, sodomite, homosexual
It is clear that 1 Cor 6:9-10 is referring to all homosexuals, not homosexual offenders.
Look at 1 Tim 1:9-10. The (old version) NIV bible has
We also know that law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly
and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,
for adulterers and perverts, for slave traders and liars and perjurers--and for whatever else is
contrary to the sound doctrine.
The NIV bible wrongly uses pervert. Other translations have (instead of pervert):
KJV for them that defile themselves with mankind
WB for them that defile themselves with mankind
UKJV for them that defile themselves with mankind
RWB for them that defile themselves with mankind
AKJV for them that defile themselves with mankind
Yes to them that defile themselves with mankind
Amp those who abuse themselves with men
YLT sodomites
RYLT sodomites
KJ2000 homosexuals
UTV homosexuals
JB2000 homosexuals
MKVJ homosexuals
HNV homosexuals
LITV homosexuals
WEB homosexuals
The definition of pervert from the Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary of the English Language
1913 is:
(Dictionary is from the Sword program,
http://www.crosswire.org/sword/index.jsp)
Pervert /Per·vert´/ (?), v. t. [imp. & p. p. Perverted; p. pr. & vb. n. Perverting.]
[F. pervertir, L. pervertere, perversum; per + vertere to turn. See Per-, and Verse.]
1. To turnanother way; to divert. [Obs.] Let's follow him, and pervert the present wrath. Shak.
2. To turn from truth, rectitude, or propriety; to divert from a right use, end, or way; to lead
astray; to corrupt; also, to misapply; to misinterpret designedly; as, to pervert one's words.
Dryden.
He, in the serpent, had perverted Eve. Milton.
Pervert /Per·vert´/, v. i. To become perverted; to take the wrong course. [R.]
Testament of Love.
Pervert /Per´vert/ (?), n. One who has been perverted; one who has turned to error, especially
in religion; -- opposed to convert. See the Synonym of Convert. That notorious pervert, Henry of
Navarre. Thackeray.
A pervert is not necessary a homosexual. Again, the Greek word used is arsenokoites (see above for
the Strong's definition of this word).
1 Tim 1:10 clearly condemns homosexuality. The NIV bible twists this passage.
UPDATE 2018: The latest NIV revision now has homosexuals instead of pervert. E.g., 1 Tim 1:9-10 now is
We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly
and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,
for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and
perjurers - and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine
NIV is so corrupt. One website
http://www.av1611.org/biblecom.html
lists the number of errors in NIV = 296 in the NT. And that is not including the errors in the OT.
While I do not agree with all the errors (because I assume the Textus Receptus manuscript, not the
KJV bible, is correct), the count is not far off.

DISCLAIMER: I do not necessarily agree to any doctrine described in the websites mentioned. The
websites are mentioned for the readers to obtain more informations.
Further websites comments: I disagree with some of the errors listed in these websites. Again, I
assume that the Textus Receptus manuscript, not the KJV bible, is correct. For example, in Dt 23:17,
1 King 14:24, 15:12, 22:46, and 2 King 23:7, the Hebrew word, qadesh, was used. The NIV bible used
male temple prostitutes or temple prostitutes while the KJV bible used sodomites. The Strong's
definition (# 6945) of qadesh word is:
1.male temple prostitute.
For these verses, one could argue the NIV bible is more accurate than the KJV bible using the
assumption that the Textus Receptus manuscript is correct.
2. Today New International Version [TNIV]
The same people (Zondervan), whom wrote the NIV bible, wrote the gender-neutral TNIV bible.
Scriptures have been twisted even more. For example, in 1 Cor, the TNIV bible twisted the below
scriptures to make it gender neutral.
1 Cor 1:10
TNIV: I appeal to you, brothers and sisters...
KJV : Now I beseech you, brethen...
Translation pervertions are similiar in 1 Cor 1:11, 1:26, 2:1, and 3:1.
1 Cor 2:5
TNIV: ...so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom...
KJV : ...That your faith should not stand on the wisdom of men...
1 Cor 2:9
TNIV: ...what no human mind has conceived...
KJV : ...neither have entered into the heart of man...
1 Cor 2:11
TNIV: For who knows a person's thoughts except that person's own spirit within...
KJV : But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he is judged of no man...
1 Cor 3:8
TNIV: The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they each will be rewarded
according to their own labor.
KJV : Now he who plants and he who waters are one, but each will receive his own reward according
to his own labor.
1 Cor 3:10
TNIV: ...But each one should build with care.
KJV : ...But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
1 Cor 3:12
TNIV: If anyone builds on this foundation...
KJV : Now if any man builds upon this foundation...
Similiar twistings were done in 1 Cor 3:15, 3:17, 3:18, 3:21, 5:11, 6:5, 9:10, 11:28, 11:29, 14:28,
and 16:13. There are also numerous errors in the rest of the TNIV bible.
In 1 Cor 6:9-10 and 1 Tim 1:9-10, the TNIV bible used the expressions, practicing homosexuals and
practicing homosexuality, respectively. In the TNIV bible, these two passages do not condemn all
homosexuals, just those whom are practicing homosexuality. The correct versions condemn all
homosexuals.

3. Douay-Rheim [DR] (made 1582)
DR was not written for the right reason. It is a preverse Jesuit (part of the Catholic church)
version in a attempt to put the corrupt Latin Vulgate over the Erasmus Greek NT (Textus Receptus).
quote from http://www.keithhunt.com/Nt_tran9.html
In the preface they state that it was not translated into English because it was necessary that the
Bible should be in the mother tongue or that God had appointed the Scriptures to be read by all;
but from the special considerations of the state of their mother country.
The Rheims-Douay and the King James Version were published LESS than THIRTY years apart.....The
Rheims-Douay has been REPEATEDLY changed to APPROXIMATE the King James. So that the Douay of 1600
and that of 1900 are NOT the same in MANY ways.
The Douay-Rheims bible was created due to an ungodly reason. Unlike Tyndale and other reformers,
whom were trying to make God's word available to the main public, the Douay-Rheims bible was
created for the sole purpose of perverting the body of Christ with the corrupt Latin Vulgate.

4. World's Translation
This translation is used by Jehovah Witness which is a cult. Verses were altered to avoid the deity
of God. Because most people know this bible has problems, I will not go thru details. If you wish to
know more, go to a web search engine and type "world translation cult" and you should find numerous
websites about this faulty translation.
5. Westcott and Hort Greek manuscript
Westcott and Hort were psychics and their translation were inspired by the evil one.
quote from http://watch.pair.com/another.html
The Society For Psychical Research directly succeeded the Cambridge Ghost Society. The Society for
Psychical Research: An Outline of its History, written in 1948 by the president, W. H. Salter,
provides the following record:
Among the numerous persons and groups who in the middle of the nineteenth century were making
enquiries into psychical occurrences may be mentioned a society from which our own can claim direct
descent. In the Life of Edward White Benson, Archbishop of Canterbury, by his son, A. C. Benson,
will be found, under the year 1851-2, the following paragraph:
Among my father's diversions at Cambridge was the foundation of a 'Ghost Society,' the forerunner of
the Psychical Society [meaning the S.P.R.] for the investigation of the supernatural. Lightfoot,
Westcott and Hort were among the members. He was then, as always, more interested in psychical
phenomena than he cared to admit.

6. Original Order Bible (OOB)
Original Order Bible was the first recent English 49 books bible. Unfortunately the author,
Fred Coulter, is part of the Church of God and its splinter groups. They do not believe in
the deity of the Holy Spirit. Verses in this bible has been twisted to conform to this faulty
doctrine.
Questionable Bibles:
These bibles, I am not sure whether they are inspired by the evil one. However, there are certain
traits that makes me suspicious. Again, I just avoid them - there are other good modern bibles - no
need to risk your soul using a corrupt bible.
Again, there is a difference between a bad translation created ignorancely by well-meaning
Christians and a bad translation designed specifically to pollute the body of Christ. The Lord
looks at the heart of the authors and examine whether there is intention to bless the body of
Christ by making God's word more available or to corrupt the body of Christ by intentionally
perverting God's word.
New King James Version [NKJV]
When the NKJV came out during the 1980s, on the cover of the NKJV bible was an Aquarium (3-points
star). This is an occultic symbol. It is merely three "6" combined at 120 degrees of each other.
Just because there is a bad symbol on the cover, does it means the translation is bad. However,
this symbol is a red flag and makes me uneasy. Also, people claim there are numerous errors in
the NKJV bible.
When God calls someone or a group of people to do translation work for Him, He needs no practice
trial. He will do everything right from beginning to the end. Even if the NKJV authors were
innocent - and that is debatable - they were not anointed by God to translate the bible. If they
were truly anointed, they would not have chosen an Aquarium. At best, the NKJV bible is not
anointed. At worst, the NKJV bible is occultic.
If the translators wanted to put a symbol on the bible cover, why choose an aquarium? Why not a
fish, dove, or cross? I feel uneasy that out all possible symbols, an occultic symbol,
aquarium, was chosen.
For more, see
http://www.av1611.org/nkjv.html
http://www.russpickett.com/endtimes/nkjvmark.htm
My position is to bypass the NKJV controversy. There are good modern TR versions - so why even
bother with the NKJV bible. Why risk your soul with a bible that people claim to be occultic? Just
use a different bible. A list of good TR bibles is at
BasicBiblesList
If you insist on using the NKJV, do your homework. Find out whose the translators were. Which
churches are they from? What are the theologies of these churches? What other works - writings,
ministries, etc - did the translators do? What organizations do the translators belong to?
Your soul is priceless - worth more anything - money, prestige, etc - the world can give. Be sure
to spiritual feed your soul with anointed God's Word.
The NKJV has power when you recite it aloud. But is it because many verses are the same as KJV
which is definitely anointedf? You check it out.

21th King James Version [21KJV]
Third Millennium Bible [TMB]
I am suspicious that these bibles were made to foster the ecumenical movement which is not of the
Lord. There are ungodly attempts to unify the traditional Protestant churches with the Catholic
church.
I am not saying all Catholics are unsaved - I do know personally a few whom are clearly saved. God
is at work to save all men and there is a faithful Catholic remnant. But it is impossible to
reconcile Biblical Christianity with the Roman Catholic church because the latter has too many
false doctrines such as infallibility of the pope, confessional (priests can not take away sins),
veneration of Mary, indulgence for purgatory, and salvation by works. For more about the false
doctrines of the Catholic church, see

The TMB bible includes the apocrypha, which has false doctrines (e.g. a prayer for the dead in 2
Maccabees 12:43-45). There is ungodly attempts to bring back the apocrypha into the bible. For

Further websites comments: At first glance, the 21KJ bible and the bible portion of the TMB bible
look fairly accurate. But these bibles do not have God's anointing. You can see more at
AnointedBibles.php. Also I do not support the apocrypha because it
does have defects. Nor is the apocrypha canonized by the Protestant churches.

These bibles were derived from the Westcott and Hort manuscript. The Jesuits attempted to corrupt
God's word by slowly introducing false doctrines into modern bibles. Some were delibrate attempts
to pervert God's Word. Some of these bibles were written by many authors. It is likely that some
of the authors were well-meaning Christians and some of them intended to pervert God's word.
Personally, I avoid all bibles that derive from the occultic Westcott and Hort Greek manuscript. I
do not even bother to research whether these bibles have godly or evil intention. These bibles are
already corrupt and have errors introduced by the occultic Westcott and Hort Greek manuscript.

The history of the English bibles does not stop with the KJV bible. There is no reason, in the
future, why God could not call someone to do further translations. I believe Noah Webster and Robert
Young were called by God to do their translations, WB [1833] and YLT [1898], respectively. These
two translations were excellent (in my opinion). The English language has changed from 400 years ago
and many acceptable translations came out during the past decade. The KJV bible has been revised
numerous times (16+). Which translation is infallible? This bible happens to be better than most
bibles because many errors were weeded out thru various revisions, but it is still fallible. For
example, in KJV Acts 12:4, the word, "Easter", instead of Passover, was used. Easter is 100% pagan
and has absolutely nothing to do with Christ's passion, cruxifixion, and ressurrection.
On the other hand, there is no need for 100+ modern translations. God only need a few modern
translations to reach to the English-speaking world. My short study on bible translations found only
a handful of acceptable modern translations. For my list, see the file,
BasicBiblesList.php.
